Usually 5–7 working days after onboarding: messaging account linked, POS or CSV connected, one short call for tone and rules. We run a free test channel on your menu before your public line goes live.
/ 02LINE and WhatsApp — which first?+
In Thailand, most shops start with LINE or WhatsApp (tourist-heavy areas often WhatsApp). Telegram and Discord are add-ons. One bot, shared menu and rules across channels.
/ 03No POS or no website?+
Chat Only uses a CSV menu (Starter tier). POS Only pushes tickets to Loyverse, Square, Vend, etc. POS + Website uses your existing checkout — best if you already sell online.
/ 04Is it safe? Can it hallucinate prices?+
It only talks about your menu and shop. Prices and stock come from your POS or CSV — not guessed. Age 20+ on orders. Complaints and odd requests hand off to staff; you can pause the bot anytime.
/ 05After-hours orders?+
24/7 replies. Orders can queue for your opening window or follow your rules. Many shops win revenue from late-night tourists messaging in their own language.
/ 06WhatsApp Business API required?+
No — default is a paired session on a normal SIM (faster, cheaper setup). Business API available for high volume. LINE uses the official LINE OA model.

We don't provide order tracking ourselves. If your shop already has a tracking page on its website, the bot forwards that link after placement — same as Mr Weed Pattaya does today. If you don't have tracking yet, our partner delivery platform BUDZ DASH may be worth a look for live delivery status and rider coordination.
